Jacobby DeBouvier, 57, of First Bay Street, Norfolk, transitioned Friday, May 13, 2022, at Bon Secours Maryview Hospital. A viewing will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 19, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 20, at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 5414 Nansemond Parkway. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
