Top-ranked Nansemond-Suffolk Academy advanced to the semifinals of the Virginia Independent Schools Division II lacrosse playoffs with an 18-5 win over Steward School on Tuesday.
The Saints will host a semifinal game Thursday.
Nathan Dowd led NSA with five goals and two assists.
