Bishop Bailey Hall, Jr. passed from labor to reward on Friday, July 15, 2022 at his home in Suffolk at the age of 91 surrounded by his loving wife Daisie and their children. He was born on December 23, 1930 in Nansemond County  to Henry Bailey Hall and Mary E. Weston.  He was the owner of Bailey Hall Dragline Service, Inc., which grew into a renowned business throughout the Blue Ridge, Piedmont, and Coastal Plain Provinces of Virginia. Bishop Hall was the Pastor of St. John Pentecostal Holiness Church.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Daisie Lee Hall ; Nine children: Elder Bailey Hall III,  Ashley (Ann) Hall,  Bishop Charles Hall, Melissa Hall, Christopher (Michelle) Hall , Samuel Hall (Carla) , Jacqueline Hall , Sylvester Hall, LaTesshia (Charlie) Scott. 31 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, three brothers: Joe (Regina) Hall. Mcray (Ann) Hall, Jeffrey (Doris) Johnson, Goddaughter Michelle Williams, and other relatives and a host of friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents;  his daughter Janice Lee Hall-Stallings,  three sisters and  six brothers. Public visitation on Friday July 22, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Graves Funeral Home 1631 Church Street, Norfolk, VA 23504.  The Friday evening Wake is at St. John Pentecostal Holiness Church from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The funeral service is 11 am Saturday July 23, 2022 at St. John Pentecostal Holiness Church 218 N Division Street, Suffolk VA 23434. Mask are required for attendance.
