The Digital Realty Team, located at 5911 Harbour View Blvd, Suite 101, holds a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14. Suffolk Mayor Michael Duman will be present at the event.

The home-selling business was started by Tein Hlwa is an effort to bridge the relationship between home buyers and their real estate agents. Hlwa chose to open the business in Suffolk due to feeling welcomed by the community. He really liked being so close to nature but also within close proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Hlwa has a background in technology and digital marketing, thus the Digital Realty Team offers modern marketing and tech savvy solutions to home buying and selling.

Hlwa said he is excited to open the Digital Realty Team’s doors to the Suffolk community
