Mr. Travis Sentell Bivins departed this earthly life on Nov. 16, 2022.  A celebration of life service is at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21 at the Faith Temple Holiness Church. Burial is in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery. A visitation is to be held on from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Harris Funeral Home.
