Three women injured in early Monday shooting on College Drive

­Three women were injured in an early Monday morning shooting on College Drive.

Suffolk Police responded to Kickback Jacks at 6110 College Dr. at 12:38 a.m., Monday, Jan. 16 for a report of a shooting.

Officers arrived and located an adult female victim suffering from gunshot wounds, according to a police news release. The victim indicated the incident took place in the 6000 Block of Old College Drive and was a result of a physical altercation.

While officers were conducting the investigation, they learned there were additional victims. Two adult female victims had arrived at area hospitals and were receiving treatment for gunshot wounds, according to the release. Two of the female victims are in critical condition at an area hospital.

The investigation remains ongoing at this time, and police said there is no further information available for release.
