Sell757, located at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts, 110 West Finney Ave., holds a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27.

Mayor Michael D. Duman will be on hand for the event. The public is invited to attend.

The home-selling business was started by Ashley McDougal, alongside Ashley there are four real estate agents and two administrative staff members.

McDougal is a dedicated real estate agent and passionate public speaker based in the Hampton Roads area. A Norfolk native, McDougal started her real estate career in the mortgage industry when she was just 19, quickly working her way up the ranks to become a successful agent.

“We love our town and wanted to serve our clients at a higher level by creating a space that all are welcome to come,” she said. “We love downtown Suffolk for the rich history it brings and the amazing creative energy it has.”
