Robert “Bob” Clair Mowery, 89, passed away on Jan. 31, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial with military honors will be private at Colonial Grove Memorial Park. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
