Metropolitan Baptist Church continues Black history conversation

The conversation on Black history continues on as Metropolitan Baptist Church holds a special presentation at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 19.

Located at 125 County St., the presentation is sponsored by the MBC Afrocentric Ministry and features Nathan Richardson as Frederick Douglass and Valerie Davis as Harriet Tubman during the program.

“Our history is the United States of America’s history,” the Rev. Dr. Isaac J. Baker said of the upcoming presentation. “Our history is world history.”
