KFHS indoor track winners honored
The King’s Fork High School Indoor Track first place state winners were honored recently during the Suffolk School Board meeting.
Those earning first place are: Deja Ward in the triple jump (a new school record); and Andrea Watkins, Taylor Jennings-Ward, Courtney Johnson and Deja Ward in the 4×200 meter.
NSA boys lacrosse defeats Virgina Episcopal
Nansemond-Suffolk Academy boys varsity lacrosse team picked up another win, 9-7, over Virginia Episcopal School.
In the Friday, March 24 match, Howard Casterlow led the Saints with 3 goals and 4 assists. Max Russell recorded 13 saves.
