Betty H. Peters, 91, died at home Saturday, May 6, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Clyde and Telzie Horne. She was the widow of Wayne Roy Peters.

She formerly worked as an administrative aid with civil service. She was a member of the Driver’s Chapter 192 Order of the Eastern Star.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Kevin Peters of Suffolk; daughter, Janene Frye (Bill) of Norfolk; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service is at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 11, in the Holly Lawn Cemetery Suffolk. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, Downtown Suffolk Chapel is serving the family. Condolences may be registered at RWBakerFH.com.
