SPD searching for endangered missing juvenile

UPDATE 12.6.2023: Suffolk Police advise that Isaiah Christopher Amos, 14, has been safely located and would like to thank the community for their assistance.
The Suffolk Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered juvenile male, according to a press release.
The release said, on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Isaiah Christopher Amos, 14, left his residence in the Pughsville neighborhood of Suffolk. Amos is suspected to have left by bicycle, a black and orange Trek brand bike. He does not have a cell phone in his possession.
Amos was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, white shoes, and an orange, blue and white Fila brand jacket with his name “Isaiah” inscribed on the front left side of the jacket. He is 6’ tall and 125 lbs.
If anyone has seen Amos, had contact with Mr. Amos, or has any further information, contact the Suffolk Police Department’s Emergency Communications Center at 757-923-2350, option 8.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time and there is no further information available for release.
