According to a spokesperson for Dominion Energy, a broken cross-arm on a power pole caused about 3,900 customers to lose power in Suffolk around 11:30 a.m. for just over an hour.
“A crew was on-site and, as of 12:30 p.m., had been able to restore all but about 200 customers,” the spokesperson said in an email to SNH. “The plan is to have everyone restored by this evening.”
