Douglas “Mack” Dorsey, 79, transitioned from this life on Friday, February 14, 2025 in Surry, Va. On Friday, February 21, 2025 from 3-6pm viewing will take place at Shivers Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at First Gravel Hill Baptist Church, 5230 Old Stage Highway, Smithfield, Va. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Nebo Cemetery, Mount Ray Drive #Route 650, Surry, VA 23883.
