SUFFOLK, VA — According to Suffolk Fire and Rescue’s Facebook page, a single-vehicle crash into the water occurred Wednesday afternoon on E. Washington St. and Hollywood Ave. The post states that two occupants in the vehicle sustained cold injuries due to the vehicle being submerged. Both occupants were extricated from the vehicle at 2:32 p.m.
