The King’s Fork High School Debate Team, led by Dr. Vallen Cordon, took home 2nd Place at the VHSL Region 5B Debate Tournament. Seniors Autumn Goden and Xavier Benn secured first place in the Public Forum Debate category and will advance to Super Regionals on March 22. The team, which also includes Junior Jaidon Faircloth-Scott and Freshman Lauren Lewis, achieved 2nd place overall in the region.
