Veda Diggs Godwin 65, transitioned from this life on Sunday, March 30, 2025 in Portsmouth, Va. On Sunday, April 6, 2025 viewing will take place from 2-5pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00pm Monday, April 7, 2025 at the Chapel. In loving memory, we kindly ask that attendees wear a shade of pink on the day of the Celebration of Life. Interment will follow the service in the Oakland Cemetery, Suffolk.
