One arrested in connection to Thursday shooting

SUFFOLK- On April 3, 2025, at approximately 7:20 p.m., Suffolk Police responded to the 100 block of West Constance Road in reference to a person with a weapon call.
Upon initial investigations, it was discovered that the subject had shot at an individual and fled the scene, striking another vehicle in its attempt to leave the scene.
There were no injuries or property damage reported following this incident.
The offender was identified as Miles Williams, 19, of Suffolk. He was taken into custody following this incident and has been charged with Attempted Murder, Use of firearm in Committing a Felony, Reckless Handling, Unlawful Discharge, and Felony Hit and Run.
This is an ongoing investigation, there is no further information available for release at this time.
