Teddy Ray Tanner, 72, passed away March 22, 2025. A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Albert G. Horton, Jr., Memorial Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Tim Rawls officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 9:30 -10:30 a.m. prior to the service at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Virginia 23434. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warriors. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
