Leslie Carl Herring Jr., 90, passed away April 16, 2025 with his family by his side. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Antioch Church, Windsor, VA or the Tidewater Anglers Club, Virginia Beach, VA. Parr Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
