The Virginia State Police has issued a CODI Alert on behalf of the Newport News Police Department on Monday at 6:15.
The Newport News Police Department is looking for Winter Ganoe, 12 years old, white/female, brown hair, hazel eyes, 5’2″, 160 lbs. Last seen wearing a lilac Hello Kitty shirt, blue pants, and princess sneakers.
She was last seen on foot in the 100 block of Melville Drive, Newport News, VA.
This disappearance poses a credible threat to his/her health and safety as determined by the investigating agency.
