Clifton L. Spratley, Sr. of Suffolk, Virginia transitioned on May 14, 2025. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. On Monday, May 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM, a celebration of life will be held at Pulaski Baptist Church, 6431 Carrsville Hwy., Carrsville, Virginia with the pastor, Reverend Micheal Spratley delivering the eulogy.
