Deaconess Irene Elizabeth Johnson transitioned from this life on Thursday, May 22, 2025 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. On Thursday, May 29th viewing will take place from 3-6pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12pm Friday, May 30, 2025 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Ivor, 10686 Ivor Road, Ivor VA. Interment will follow the service in the Church Cemetery.
