Mrs. Mildred Ruffin Pugh, of New York, N.Y., died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010 at her residence. A Suffolk native, she was the daughter of the late Theodocia Ruffin White and Harry Ruffin Sr.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010 at 7 p.m. in LaGree Baptist Church, 362 W. 125th St., New York, N.Y. Interment will be Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010 in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, N.Y.
