Daisy Lee Faulk Johnson, 82, of 6277 Yellow Hammer Road, Zuni, Va., died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010 at Nansemond Pointe Rehabilitation Healthcare Center. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010 at Chapel Grove United Church of Christ, Windsor, Va., officiated by the Rev. Carlisle Church and Eulogist, Elder Ted Woosley. Interment will be in Chapel Grove Church Cemetery, Windsor. The family will receive friends at the home of William W. Johnson, 6277 Yellow Hammer Road, Zuni, Va.
