Ruth P. Moore, 72, of the 1900 block of East Washington Street, passed away on Nov. 24, 2012. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 1 to 7 p.m., and the family will greet guests from 6 to 7 p.m. A funeral will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall, and she will be laid to rest in the T.E.
