Christine A. Lanier, 59, of Wakefield, Va., passed away Dec. 12, 2012, at Sentara Obici Hospital surrounded by her family. A memorial service will be held at the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 11414 General Mahone Highway, Wakefield, Va., on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Willis Switzer officiating. Burial will be private.
