To the editor:

I am a member of the Nansemond River Alliance and an owner of a house on the river. I also owned the property, now known as “Parker Crossing LLC,” which is now being developed by those who bought the property from me years ago.

According to an article, in the Feb. 8 edition of the Suffolk News-Herald, the developers have been charged with violations.

I have had nothing to do with the property since I sold it.
