By attending this medical forum, she will experience a hands-on, interactive curriculum that includes shadowing practicing physicians, clinical site visits at the nation’s top medical centers and meeting with faculty from world-renowned medical institutions.

High-achieving high school students who meet the academic requirements are nominated to attend the NYLF programs by educators, organization advisors, alumni, participating institutions or through classroom surveys.

Briana was also a recent honor graduate from the Pruden Center for Industry and Technology’s Certified Nursing Assistant Program in June and plans to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing in the fall.
