Mrs. Ida M. Parker, of 309 St. James Ave., departed this earthly life on Aug. 11, 2013. A celebration of life service will be held at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. J.J. Ferguson, officiating. Burial will be Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going service.
