SUFFOLK — Phillip G. LaRose, 53, died on Sept. 6, 2013, at his home. A graveside memorial service will be conducted with military honors on Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at 11 a.m. in Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery by the Rev. Woodie Rea and Rev. Myrtle Hatcher.
