Lawrence Hubbard Tate, 54, passed away Oct. 14, 2013. A funeral service will be held Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Open Door Church, 816 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, VA 23434. Burial will be held prior to the service at St. Luke’s Memorial Park, Smithfield. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Thursday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, and other times at the residence.
