Teen arrested in robberies

Published 11:14pm Saturday, July 5, 2014

Suffolk police have arrested a 15-year-old boy accused of robbing two North Suffolk businesses on Saturday.

Dispatchers received a call at 3:37 p.m. Saturday notifying them of a robbery at the Subway Restaurant at 6550 Hampton Roads Parkway, where a man had left the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

Upon arriving at the scene of the Subway call five minutes later, an officer encountered a suspect leaving the Food Lion in the same shopping center, where he allegedly had just committed an additional robbery, receiving an undisclosed amount of money.

No injuries were reported in either incident, and the suspect was detained without incident, according to a city spokesman.

They did not give more information because the suspect is a minor. Let’s relax.

So What….I believe the guy is white. Because of his age the SNH was not given his information.

Schockingly the race of the suspect was omitted for politically correct reasons. It,must have been a one eyed one legged Korean.

I wish we could get more details. I’m wondering if one of them was a kid that’s been casing and trying to rob homes in my area.

There have been a few attempted home invasions in my neighborhood recently, and someone who lives in the area got the suspects on home surveillance casing and then fleeing the scene. Apparently, because they didn’t get into the house, or steal anything, a crime did not occur, so you won’t even see it here on this site’s police reports area. Now I keep my eyes open for those same people and make sure my security system is fully operational and recording/backing up as it should.

But perhaps with one less member of their team down and out, some of this in my area crime will cease too.
