Maryland man arrested on sex charge

A Maryland man is charged after police say they found him engaged in a consensual sex act with a girl between the ages of 13 and 15.

About 3:30 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to the 700 block of Dixon Drive about a suspicious vehicle. The officers allegedly found Devonta Lemar Day, 20, and the girl engaged in the act, according to city spokeswoman Diana Klink.
Day, of Laurel, Md., was charged with carnal knowledge of a child 13 to 15 years old.
