Earlier: Suffolk police are seeking the public’s assistance locating a man who has been missing since about 4 a.m. Friday.

Terry Lamont Riggins, 44, whose last known address was in the 2000 block of Brians Lane in Suffolk, is a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 175 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white hat, white shirt, blue jeans and work boots and may be carrying an Adidas backpack.
