A 42-year-old man was arrested Wednesday and charged with solicitation of prostitution from a minor age 16 or older and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police pulled over Domonic Ricks on Sept. 5 about 10 p.m., city spokeswoman Diana Klink said. The officer allegedly saw a female juvenile in the passenger seat of the vehicle, and further investigation led to the charges.
