Participants enjoyed a Chick-fil-A lunch and a barbecue and fried chicken dinner at the club.

Funds raised will help Meals on Wheels continue to deliver meals to senior citizens and disabled participants in the Meals on Wheels program throughout Suffolk and the Isle of Wight County region.

Last year, more than 48,000 meals were delivered to recipients in Suffolk and the Isle of Wight Region. Suffolk Meals on Wheels receives no financial assistance from the city, state or federal government, nor is it a United Way agency. Grants, donations and recipient fees provide its monetary support.
