The grand jury handed down 178 indictments against 56 defendants this week.
Among them was Monte Robinson, accused in the murder of 24-year-old Angelo Fleming Beale on March 24, 2013.
Beale was shot at an apartment complex on Stacey Drive just before 3 a.m. that day.
The Suffolk Police Department and U.S. Marshalls Service Fugitive Taskforce worked together to locate Robinson, who was arrested in Columbus, Ga., in April.
The grand jury handed down indictments against Robinson for first-degree murder; using a firearm during a felony; shoot, cut, stab or wound; and discharge a firearm in public.
His arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 11.
