The Junto Woman’s Club has awarded two $1,000 scholarships to local high school students.

Abigail Stopyra will graduate from Nansemond River High School and will attend the College of William and Mary.

Kenyon Strickland will graduate from Lakeland High School this year and will attend Virginia Military Institute.
