Joyce White Baker, 78, of Suffolk, Va., passed away Aug. 12, 2009.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with Pastor Art McGahan and the Rev. Stewart McCarter officiating. Entombment will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Friends may join the family Friday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence of Donna Totty.
