Felton Lee Taylor, 58, of Gates, N.C., passed away Aug. 30, 2009. A memorial service will be held Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009 at 6 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. Dr. Jay Slater officiating.
