Joe Don Arrowood Sr., 69, of Suffolk, Va., passed away April 10, 2010.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with the Rev. E. Clifton Whitlock officiating. Burial will follow in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery. Friends may join the family Monday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
