William Morrison Piland Sr., 78, of Suffolk, Va., passed away on Sept. 30, 2008.
A funeral service will be held at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, on Friday, Oct. 3, 2008 at 11 a.m. officiated by the Rev. Jonathan Palmer. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery. Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. and other times at the residence.
