A converted hunting clubhouse was damaged when a woodstove caught fire Wednesday morning.
Authorities were called to the house, in the 2800 block of White Marsh Road, around 10:25 a.m., said city spokeswoman Debbie George. The house suffered heavy smoke damage.
Two residents escaped the blaze without injuries, George said.
The fire closed White Marsh for approximately an hour, she added.
