Oscar Smith’s defense held the Cavaliers to one first down and -83 yards rushing. Lakeland’s defense kept the high-powered Tigers off the board for one period, but Oscar Smith led 15-0 by halftime and 35-0 at the end of three quarters.

Oscar Smith’s Perry Jones, who’s headed to Virginia next year, had a rushing touchdown, a receiving TD and an interception. OS is 10-0 heading into the postseason. Lakeland finishes the season 3-7.

Grassfield 14, King’s Fork 0

Grassfield, with a playoff spot already locked up, kept rolling into the Division 5 playoffs.

Derek Bennett had 43 rushing yards for the Bulldogs and Laray Kindred was 12-for-23 passing for 92 yards. King’s Fork finishes the season 4-6.
