Thelma and Harley Cisco celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary last week. they were married on Nov. 27, 1948 in Pikeville, Ky. They made their hom ein Suffolk in 1950. Harley retired from government in 1976, and Thelma retired from Obici Hospital in 1994. They had three daughters, Rita Allen, Joyce Darlene Cisco and Lisa Scott. They have two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren. They attribute their youth and years of marriage to family and friends.
