Sports physicals for Suffolk Public School high school athletes will be offered at Nansemond River on Wednesday, May 27 at 4 p.m., at Lakeland on Tuesday, June 2 at 4 p.m. and at King’s Fork on Thursday, June 4 at 4 p.m. There is a $10 fee, cash only.

The physicals will be good for the 2009-10 school year.

Physical forms may be picked up in the athletic training room, the athletic director’s office or online at www.vhsl.org. Parts one, two, four and five of the form must be filled out before the doctor will examine the athlete.
