Willie Winnegan, 63, of the 5300 block of Barharbor Drive, Norfolk, Va., passed away on April 29, 2009. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 1 p.m. in Sixth Street Baptist Church. Graves Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
