Harry “Dick” Richard McClelland, 82, of Suffolk, Va., passed away July 20, 2009. A graveside service with military honors will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 3 p.m. at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Parks officiating.
