Leland Garris Turner Sr., 86, of Suffolk passed away on July 29, 2009.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, officiated by the Rev. Tommy Reynolds. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family at the funeral home on Friday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. for visitation and other times at 1236 River Road.
